Hi everyone !
It seems there is no place on Portaliz to find/request HQ and MQ Image Accounts on various websites such as Getty Image. I'm looking for pictures on a specific subject (an artist) and I'm having a hard time finding a HQ Getty Image Account or a person having one who could download the pictures for me. I thought I could find it on Portaliz but... I didn't find anything. Maybe it's because we often have to pay to get one, which is fine with me as long as it's not too expensive.
Are there other picture collectors here ? It would be great if people having accounts could open a thread offering to download pictures for other people.

My thought on this is when you are on the main board, do a complete search which is located just above Donation on the
right hand side of the page. It would literally impossible to add a section based on each and every members request.
Will see what can be done about it.

Oh sure, I don't think it requires a whole section, it's just that I have no idea on where to post such a thread right now. :-)

what he wants is to make requests for getty images and was hoping for someone with an account at getty to get the image

Some people have logins or an FTP access that allow them to download high quality pictures from various photo agencies like Getty Images, Corbis, etc. They can sell them, trade them or sell/give the pictures without selling the login & password. There's also what's called the "tricks" : it's a way to untag the pictures that have a watermark on those websites (for example, a "Getty MQ Trick" = a trick that allows you to get medium quality images on Getty's website).
The pictures are sold at crazy prices on those websites (it can be more than 1000 dollars). When you like a celebrity or just want a good quality picture to make a poster, it's great to find someone who can download a couple of pix for you.
