This is the fixed rlse .. many are getting black screens , crashes when they are trying to start the career mode... some are having flickerin screens..
some having errors on 64 bit platforms........... BUT I THINK THIS VERSION OF RLSE WILL FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS..tested it myself
